Penns and Needles established its’ first location July 2016 in Bethlehem, PA. In 2025, the Pennsylvania location celebrated 9 years of success: turning strangers into customers, customers into friends, and friends into family. We are proud to offer the highest quality body modification services. Whether it’s your first tattoo or piercing, or you’ve lost count- we strive to be your goto shop.
We are happy to announce we’ve opened our second location in Gulfport, FL (St. Pete, FL). We are super excited to bring our charm, vibe, experience and skills to sunny Florida! Our new location offers tattoos, piercings, art, vape/smoke products, clothing, shoes (buy/sell/trade), video games, and more.
